Live

  • In this section, you can monitor your live calls, including various call details such as:
    • Caller Number: The caller's name
    • Caller ID: The caller's number
    • Previous: The caller's previous branch in this call route
    • Input: The caller's latest input
    • Current: The caller's current branch number
    • Title: The title of the caller's current branch
    • Recording: The recording the caller is currently listening to
    • Duration: How long the call has been active
    • And more.
  • If you have multiple hotline numbers, each number will have its own live call details displayed below it.
  • To locate a specific live caller, simply click the search icon and enter the caller's information, such as their phone number, name, or any other relevant details.

If you wish to see the caller's contact name as saved in your Contacts database, select the label your caller is associated with under "Caller ID Display Label" in "Settings." If you wish to display caller names for all your contacts, you can create a label similar to "Caller Name" and assign it to all contacts. Then, choose this label under Settings to show caller names in the Live Calls dashboard.
