Logs
Access logs for various modules in your account. Each log page allows you to filter by search terms and date range, as well as view, export data, and generate reports. The available columns for each log type are as follows:
Call Logs |
- Start and End: When the call started and ended.
- DST - Destination: The hotline number the callers reached.
- CLID - Caller ID: The number the caller used to call in.
- Minutes: Duration of the call in minutes.

Branch Logs |
- Time: Date and start time of the call.
- Caller: The number a caller used to call in.
- Caller name: The caller name as set by the carrier (unless set otherwise under your setting).
- Branch Number & Name: The branch number and name as set in your IVR branch module.
Note: To track a caller's route, sort the table by time and then by caller and view the caller's route within your hotline. |
Album Logs |
- Album: The album that was listened to.
- Duration: How long the album was listened to.
- Hits: The total number of contacts that listened to the album.

Recording Logs |
- Time: Date and time when the caller listened to the recording.
- Caller: Caller's phone number. Click the 'i' icon for the caller's name.
- Recording: The specific recording played.
- Album: The album where the played recording is stored.
- Duration: The length of time the recording was listened to.

Recording Hits |
Use this log type to gain insights into the popularity of a particular recording by checking the total number of listeners.
- Recording: The specific recording played.
- Album: The album where the played recording is stored.
- Duration: The length of time the recording was listened to.
- Hits: The total number of contacts that listened to the album.

Recording Likes |
Access this report to discover which recordings received the most likes. The report provides details on each audio file, including the album it belongs to and the number of likes it received. |

Conference Logs |
- Start Time and End Time: Date and time when the callers entered and left the conference.
- Room Number and Room Name: The conference room number and name the callers joined.
- Caller ID: The number a caller used to call in.
- Caller Name: The caller's name as set by the carrier (unless set otherwise in your settings).
- Type: Caller classification: Moderator or Participant.
- Duration: For how long the contact was in the conference room.

Note: 'Recording Logs' offer caller-specific details, while the 'Recording Hits' logs provide a general overview of total sessions per recording.
